Rob Brown gave up a successful career in teaching to travel the world and follow his passions

of writing and speaking. After living the expat life for a number of years in Hong Kong, and becoming a committed Christian in the USA, Rob returned to fulfil his dream of being the boss in his own company. During two years of solid networking to grow the business, Rob collected 987 business cards, went to 117 events, spent 200 hours shaking hands, £4385 on breakfasts, lunches, dinners and memberships. He won NO business!

At the point of quitting and ‘financial urgency’ Rob read a book called Masters of Networking. It prompted him to become a master himself, and after going through every program, course, seminar, book and audio CD on business relationships, he multiplied his income by a factor of 15 in just 13 months!

A regular on TV and radio, Rob has written over 40 publications on business relationships and

reputations. Founder of the Pocket Guide range of ‘business books in 40 minutes’, he is now the best-selling author of How to Build Your Reputation and runs a six-figure training company helping people win more referrals, network more productively and enhance their personal reputations.
